The Healthy Eating  Reset Program is a 10-week journey centered on gut health, combining personalized nutrition therapy with group cooking classes. Over eight weeks of one-on-one sessions, you’ll explore essential topics such as the gut microbiome, macronutrients, and mindful eating. The two group cooking classes will focus on practical meal planning with gut health-enhancing foods and help build a supportive community.

Cost

We offer both insurance and self-pay options. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Cigna, and will verify your benefits and confirm your coverage before your first session.
