Our comprehensive, personalized nutrition coaching program is a 4-week program designed for athletes of all levels wanting to enhance their performance and body composition.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • 60-minute initial assessment (virtual).

​

  • 45-minute weekly follow-up consultations - 3 total (virtual).

​

  • Ongoing support via text and email.

​

WHAT WILL WE COVER:

​

  • Sport specific education on carbs, protein, and fat, timing of meals, portion sizes, meal planning, grocery shopping, label reading, dining out and more.

​

  • Detailed calorie, macro & micro nutrient, and fluid need calculations for training and resting days (if applicable).

  • Customized meal plans (if applicable). 

​

  • Recipes for meals and snacks that meet your needs and lifestyle.​

RACE DAY FUELING PLAN

An individualized race fueling plan focusing on your fueling needs before, during, and after during a race or an event. This plan is for athletes requiring detailed nutrition strategy. Must be scheduled at least 1 month prior to the event.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

​

  • 45-minute initial assessment (virtual).​

​

  • 2 follow-up email check-ins.

​

  • Personalized race day fuel plan.

​

WHAT WILL WE COVER:

​​

  • Needs assessment will include evaluation of your event, your concerns or struggles (e.g. cramping, GI issues, low energy) and your objectives.

​

  • Detailed calorie, macronutrient, electrolyte, and fluid calculations.​

​

  • Supplement recommendations (if applicable).

Our performance-focused, personalized meal plan is a 4-week meal plan targeting specific needs, training, schedule, and goals of an athlete.

  • 60 minute consultation (virtual).​

​

  • 4 weekly meal plans.

​

  • Ongoing support via text and email.

WHAT WILL WE COVER:

​

  • Virtual consultation will include evaluation of your nutrition and performance goals, training schedule, eating and cooking habits, dietary preferences and more.

​

  • Detailed calorie, macronutrient, electrolyte, and fluid calculations.​

​

  • Your 4 weekly meal plans with grocery lists and recipes. The first week's meal plan will be created and emailed to you within 24 hours after your consultation.

​

  • For those desiring even more customization, we offer a tutorial on how to use our meal planning software so you are in control and can adjust your meal plans in real time. If this gives you pause - do not worry, meal plans are also offered in downloadable and printable PDF versions.​
