For those who prefer remote support, we offer virtual consultations through a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure your privacy and security. Local clients in the Chattanooga area can also take advantage of in-person appointments.

When you book, we will request your insurance information and will verify your coverage before your first appointment. For self-pay clients, we offer discounted rates. Our Story

Scenic City Nutrition was founded by Ausrine Paulauskaite in 2022. Ausrine is a licensed Registered Dietitian (RDN) based in Chattanooga, TN. â€‹She brings extensive knowledge, experience, and passion into her practice. Ausrine is dedicated to empathetic counseling and effective goal setting, ensuring that each client receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs. 

Licenses, Certifications & Experience

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), credentialed by Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), the credentialing agency of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

  • RDN License in the state of Tennessee. 

  • 5+ years of experience with menu planning.

What is the RDN Credential? Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) are food and nutrition experts who have met the following criteria to earn the RD credential: Completed a minimum of a bachelor's degree at a US regionally accredited university or college and course work accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Effective January 1, 2024, the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the organization that administers the exam, requires a minimum of a master's degree to be eligible to take the exam. More information is available on the CDR website. Completed an ACEND®-accredited supervised practice program at a health-care facility, community agency, or a foodservice corporation or combined with undergraduate or graduate studies. Typically, a practice program will run six to 12 months in length. Passed a national examination administered by CDR. For more information regarding the examination, refer to CDR's website. Completed continuing professional educational requirements to maintain registration.
